Saltscapes Restaurant & General Store Open

An Atlantic Canadian magazine has opened a namesake restaurant at the Truro Power Centre. It is branded under license from Saltscapes magazine.

The restaurant has been created in a manner in keeping with the warm Atlantic Canada personality presented in the Saltscapes magazine. It is located in the building that originally housed Mugsy McCeol’s and the Keltic microbrewy and later the Bear and Bull restaurant.

The location was chosen because of Pacrim’s “long-standing and very progressive” association with the Millbrook First Nations band through its lease for the Super 8 Hotel and because it is situated beside a major Nova Scotia highway.
